 Thanks again to Coach Mike (TMA's strength and conditioning coach) for a great work-out today on this beautiful Memorials Day Weekend!!! There's nothing like training outdoors. Add Comment  Awesome class tonight TMA!!! you guys are really stepping your game up, and in return everyone is guaranteed to improve. Our New curriculum is top notch!!!! See you guys Saturday at Yoga and or at bjj no gi class...  Great boxing class tonight! Our new boxing coach is really making a statement. His style of teaching is second to none. TMA is really enjoying this fun high intense boxing class that is geared for all levels.  TWO MORE MEMBERS JOINED THE TMA FAMILY TONIGHT. WELCOME GUY!!! GREAT TRAINING TONIGHT IN OUR MMA CLASS AS WELL AS OUR BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU CLASS!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.. Thank God for Grandmaster Helio Gracie. In his 90's and he was still training; he is truely an inspiration to us all! Rest in peace sir; your legacy lives on..... Marcello Monteiro (my bjj coach) won the " Brasil Sul Jiu Jitsu Cup - Challenge 2010 " Fighting under 79kg against the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Champion Ivan Andre Mafra check out how he set the De La Riva/X sweep, and then submitted his opponent!!!
